The company has 120,000 spinning equipment, 120 air - jet looms and 650 employees. With an annual production capacity of 12,000 tons of spinning yarn and more than 15 million meters of grey cloth, the company is one of the top 100 private manufacturing enterprises in Hubei Province, top 100 enterprises in Xiangyang City, municipal key leading enterprises and high-tech enterprises. In the past three years, in order to accelerate the pace of "adjusting structure and promoting upgrading", the company has actively explored and innovated. On the one hand, the company vigorously implement technical transformation, eliminate backward equipment and technology. The company invests more than 15 million yuan every year to purchase a series of high-grade spinning and weaving equipment, such as Italian savio automatic winder, cleaning carding, foreign fiber sorting machine, intelligent pipe sorting machine, siro spinning, GA310 nine unit sizing machine, air jet loom, etc., which has the characteristics of high automation, stable quality and high yield. At the same time the company work closely with Wuhan Textile University, establish the platform of science and technology development and industrialization promotion, set up production base of "new textile material experiment base" project, and access to Xiangyang city member of outstanding experts workstation, Xiangyang city machine substitution demonstration enterprises, intellectual property management demonstration enterprises, Longzhong talent team, Internet + innovation management model enterprise and so on the title. On the other hand, while stabilizing the domestic market, the company has developed high quality yarn and achieved good results. Especially in the past two years, the company has worked hard to overcome difficulties and forge ahead, effectively overcome the impact of the industry, and achieved good business performance. In 2019, it achieved sales revenue of 250 million yuan and pay tax of more than 7 million yuan.
